Courtroom Advocate

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Prosecution Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and at least 03 years of relevant experience. Candidates with LLM shall be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prosecution of Gas Theft Cases in Gas Utility Court and High Court under the Gas Theft Control and Recovery Act.
• Drafting cases, appeals, review, revision, petitions, para-wise reply/comments, written statement and representing the company in court cases.
• Vetting of FIR/154 CrPC statement, preparing daily prosecution report and coordinating with the in charge Prosecution wing.
• Supervising overall prosecution cases in Gas Utility Court.
• Proceeding of Gas Theft Cases as a Prosecutor in Gas Utility Court.
• Maintaining the Prosecution wing updated and getting the Complainant and witnesses prepared for evidence in Courts.

Job Requirements:

• LLB degree or equivalent
• At least 03 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with LLM shall be given preference
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
