**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Revenue Growth Manager.

  • This role will be responsible for maximizing revenue and expanding business in the assigned area.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong track record of negotiating agreements and resolving potential issues with clients and travel agents.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and expand business relationships in the assigned area.
  2. Negotiate and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Analyze market conditions to identify new opportunities and trends.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiating and selling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry and corporate business.
