We are looking for an Online Presence Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive online presence strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful online presence strategies, with a focus on attracting and engaging targeted virtual communities.

The goal is to create a strong online presence that drives customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue.

  • Online Presence Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive online presence strategy that includes competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Platform Optimization: Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven working experience in social media or related field.
  • Excellent Skills: Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Analytics Knowledge: Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English.
  • Educational Background: BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
