The Job Description:

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer (Lead) to join our engineering leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and API design.

  5. DevOps & Security: Develop and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines, enhance security protocols, and ensure adherence to industry standards, guaranteeing compliance and uptime.
  6. Performance Tuning: Analyse and improve system performance, ensuring optimal user experience and reliability.
  7. Tech Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend strategic toolsets and frameworks for our development journey, driving innovation and progress.
  8. Business Alignment: Collaborate closely with senior leaders to define and achieve ambitious business goals, driving digital transformation initiatives forward.
