This is a dynamic position that involves leading business development activities in our call center. It requires handling telemarketing sales, developing relationships with new and prospective clients, improving client experience, overseeing a team of sales representatives, and achieving expected targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive satisfactory service over the call by monitoring sales activities.
  • Tour the sales floor regularly to identify or resolve urgent issues and provide excellent telecommunication skills.
  • Maximize profitability and meet sales targets by analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
  • Retail existing customers and develop a new customer base.
  • Handle day-to-day sales operations and maintain sales and productivity records.
  • Address staffing issues in liaison with HR, including interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals, and providing training and development.
  • Motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience in team leading/supervising a call center is necessary.
  • Pleasant, positive, and confident personality required.
  • Good communication, organizational, IT, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Proficient in handling pressure, achieving sales goals, and generating sales.
