As Assistant for Human Resource & Administration, this position is focused on providing support and assistance in administration tasks and managing Human Resource activities. This role would suit a highly organized candidate, with experience and a passion for Human Resources / HR, and one that can deal with confidential employee personnel records.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management and administrative experience, ideally within Human Resources / HR and will have strong systems and MS Office skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment
  • Posting job vacancies on the company website and advertising through appropriate media channels.
  • Managing competition files, including setting up posting numbers, creating files, and tracking open competitions.
  • Paying close attention to maintaining accurate payroll records, leaves records, attendance sheets, and ensuring confidentiality of employees' payroll information.
  • Maintaining complete and updated personal files of all employees, including tracking turnover.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support, such as ordering office supplies, stationary, and fixed assets.
  • Coordinating with the finance department for procurement and other administrative tasks.
  • Supporting the CEO by drafting mails, letters, minutes of meetings, and keeping track of schedules and files.
