Lead Generation and Sales Specialist

At Nexus Ideas, we're committed to driving business growth through strategic lead generation and sales strategies.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Generation and Sales Specialist.

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (social media and Google).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and market segmentation.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems to track lead performance.
  • Generate quality leads for real estate projects through online channels.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital lead generation, preferably in the real estate or marketing industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, and CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
