Space Planner

We are seeking a skilled Design Consultant to provide expert guidance and innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs in kitchen, door, and wardrobe projects. This role involves working closely with customers from the initial design phase through to the installation process, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

• Engage with customers through each project stage, from initial site measurement to final installation.
• Create customized 3D designs as per customer profiling and presentations to effectively convey design concepts to clients.
• Coordinate site verification and oversee installation processes to ensure quality and design accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an updated opportunity matrix.
• Process client quotations/orders as per approved terms & conditions signed by the customer.
• Follow up with the technical team for quotations, orders, and timely revisions.
• Review quotations and drawings developed by the technical department and dispatch the hard copy of the order to the factory.
• Regularly visit displays to ensure they are properly maintained.
• Generate sales by visiting new leads/BDs regularly.
• Send progress reports to clients/architects every 15 days, from the start of the project until its completion.
