Aman Welfare Society (AWS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of marginalized communities in Pakistan. Our mission is to provide education, healthcare, and economic empowerment opportunities to those who need it most.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Philanthropic Professional to join our team in Lahore. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in securing funding for our projects and programs, helping us expand our reach and impact.

• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Research and identify potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Better relationships with existing and potential donors through regular communication and engagement.
• Write and submit high-quality grant proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials.
• Organize successful fundraising events, campaigns, and activities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or development studies.
• At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of securing funding from diverse sources.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
