Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for developing detailed architectural and engineering drawings based on project specifications and requirements.

You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure accurate design implementation, create and modify sketches, plans, and blueprints using CAD software, analyze and review drawings for compliance with applicable codes and regulations, coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects, conduct site visits to gather necessary data and measurements for drawings, and provide technical support and resolve design issues for team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop detailed architectural and engineering drawings based on project specifications and requirements.
  2. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  3. Create and modify sketches, plans, and blueprints using CAD software.
  4. Analyze and review drawings for compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
  5. Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  6. Conduct site visits to gather necessary data and measurements for drawings.
  7. Provide technical support and resolve design issues for team members.

  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
