About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Senior FP&A BI System Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for developing Business Intelligence tools with visualizations that best correspond to the given subject of the report.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with finance teams and business partners to identify business requirements and objectives, and develop and update FP&A business intelligence application.Design and develop innovative static and interactive data visualizations that best correspond to the given subject of the report.Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, analytics, and other BI solutions.Automate reporting processes and development of interfaces between systems/databases.Lead new reporting/visualization projects independently.Administer and maintain FP&A reporting/analytics applications as part of business as usual.Act as a key point of contact for all data visualization and reporting issues.Ensure data quality in the systems based on developed data governance standards.Identify and communicate design and scope issues to stakeholders.Participate in international projects/tasks in the field of reporting.Create technical deliverable artifacts needed for project implementation.Develop and deliver knowledge transfer to business users.

Requirements:

A driven self-starter with a passion for Business Intelligence.Masters Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Maths/Statistics.3-5 years of relevant experience.Experience with Business Intelligence tools as a creator of reports.Experience with Enterprise Performance Management systems.Knowledge and application of best practice data visualization principles.Experience working with relational databases.Working knowledge of database languages: SQL, MDX.Practical knowledge of programming languages: VBA and/or DAX.General working knowledge of finance and accounting concepts (preferably in FP&A departments).Strong analytical and system management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional requirements.Very good English.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
