Senior Software Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Software Development Manager to spearhead our IT consultancy and website development projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of junior developers and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
  • Work under pressure to meet project deadlines, utilizing effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Consult on software strategy and implementation for various clients.
  • Design and develop user-friendly websites with optimal usability and accessibility.
  • Develop applications using Java and other relevant technologies.
  • Design and implement databases to support application functionality.
  • Conceptualize, design, and develop internet/intranet solutions.
  • Provide content management solutions for websites.
  • Implement online survey software to aid in data collection and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of Java and J2EE architecture.
  • Active experience as a Java Team Leader in structured teams.
  • Proficiency in Spring 2, Hibernate 3, JUnit, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design (OOA-OOP) principles.
  • Ability to architect and design software products using UML.
  • Good understanding of client-server and service-oriented architectures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
