AI Developer Position

The role of AI Developer is crucial in driving innovation and advancing the field of artificial intelligence.

Job Responsibilities

Data analysis, preprocessing, and verification are essential tasks that require meticulous attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of algorithm selection, model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning. Model deployment and maintenance are also critical aspects of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of experience in image processing and computer vision. Experience with deep learning image classification (DCNN), object detection (RCNN, F-RCNN, SSD, Yolo, etc.), semantic segmentation, instance segmentation algorithms (M-RCNN, DeepMask), and OCR (Tesseract) is required. Familiarity with model optimization SDKs like TensorRT and good understanding of Python programming are essential skills. Knowledge of libraries like OpenCV, Scikit-learn, NumPy, PIL, Matplotlib, and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch is also necessary. Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models on AWS or GCP, and familiarity with version control systems like Git is expected. Additionally, knowledge of tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Beyond Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience in developing computer vision products using custom datasets, beyond MNIST, CIFAR10, etc. Ability to think outside the box and passion for learning computer vision and machine learning are highly valued traits. A team player with excellent communication skills is essential for success in this role.
