Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales representative to generate sales through cold calling or responding to customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to purchase products or services, and will directly report to the Sr. Manager.
A successful sales representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to understand customer requirements quickly and present solutions that meet their needs.
The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Cold call individuals from a provided phone directory to sell products or services.
- Respond to incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Utilize scripts to provide information about the company's services.
- Ask relevant questions to comprehend the customer's requirements.
- Accurately record the customer's personal information in a computer system.
- Address complaints or doubts to maintain reputation.
- Maintain records of calls and sales, documenting useful information.
Proven 6 months of experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Persistent and results-driven.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection effectively.
