Deliver innovative solutions for clients

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and propose best practice-based API solutions.
  • Design and implement API security policies, configuring API Management Solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Deploy, configure, optimize, and monitor API Gateways to ensure seamless integration.
  • Create high-quality customer-facing technical documentation.
  • Provide expert technical support in resolving complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain engaging training and workshop content.
  • Capture and communicate customer feature requests to the Development organization.
Key Qualifications
  • A dedicated individual with a degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Web APIs, REST, XML, JSON, SOA/Web services, and Internet/network security standards.
  • Strong knowledge of PKI, SSL, and SSH security implementations.
  • Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions around key technologies.
  • Proficiency in Linux OS and experience with MySQL, Identity and Access Management systems, reliable messaging systems, network infrastructure devices, Single Sign On, and delegated access technologies.
  • Previous experience programming with OS-level scripting (bash), XML transformations (XPATH and XSLT) and JAVA language.
  • Experience with virtualized environments and Cloud-based images.
