Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Software Architect with 10-12 years of software development experience and at least 3 years in a Technical Lead/Software Architect role.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Exceptional programming and analytical skills, with knowledge of design patterns
  • Solid experience in one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP) with a preference for multiple platforms
  • Over 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex n-tier Web applications
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing applications (.NET(C#), Node) and enterprise-level applications
  • Familiarity with DevOps environments (CI/CD tools, pipelines)
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience is highly beneficial
  • Strong experience with both relational and non-relational databases
  • REST and SOAP services experience
  • Knowledge of Typescript, CSS, and HTML is preferred but not mandatory
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented design and system architecture principles
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in offshore software development is beneficial
  • Availability for afternoon shifts (1PM - 10PM)
Responsibilities
  • Investigating new technologies and applying them to create proof of concepts and minimum viable products
  • Developing and maintaining the software system structure and layout, components, and interfaces
  • Evaluating architectural attributes such as Performance, Scalability, Modularity, Reliability, Maintainability, Reusability, Internationalization, and Accessibility
  • Ensuring technical coherence and designing technical contracts in interfaces and abstract objects
  • Leading design reviews and providing feedback to enhance system architecture
  • Conducting technical and feature risk assessments and communicating results
  • Influencing software engineering best practices within the team
  • Mentoring engineers and developers
  • Participating in recruiting technical talent
  • Contributing to initiatives like training, talks, estimates, etc.
  • Collaborating with Business Analysts and Product Managers to identify business needs from specifications and requirements
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure successful product releases
