About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Data Science Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.

You will conduct research and experimentation to enhance AI models, focusing on LLMs, GenAI, and RAG systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.
  • Conduct research and experimentation to enhance AI models, focusing on LLMs, GenAI, and RAG systems.
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize LLM performance for specific use cases.
  • Work on data processing pipelines, including data integration, cleansing, & transformation using SQL and Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, leveraging cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Generative AI (GenAI).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning techniques.
  • Experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including model deployment and MLOps practices.
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
