Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Director to lead and mentor our software development teams.

  • Drive technical direction, architecture decisions, and ensure high code quality through best practices and code reviews.
  • Develop and implement large-scale software systems with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with business objectives.

This is an onsite position located in Lahore, Pakistan.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails and a solid understanding of large-scale architecture and system design.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and team scaling.
  • Strong background in at least one modern JavaScript front-end framework and UI design systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business goals into reliable technical solutions.
