Senior WordPress Developer Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Senior WordPress Developer would be to lead the development of complex WordPress projects from start to finish, understanding client needs and creating custom solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces for WordPress sites.
  • Integrating third-party APIs and services into WordPress sites to enhance functionality.
  • Optimizing WordPress sites for speed and performance by implementing best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues with WordPress sites to ensure they function correctly.
  • Providing technical guidance to junior developers and leading the development team.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and providing project updates.
  • Collaborating with designers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with WordPress, including its core functions, architecture, and development best practices.
  • Familiarity with WordPress APIs and debugging tools to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and payment gateway integration skills to provide seamless payment experiences.
