We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our team as a Visual Design Specialist. As a key member of our pursuit team, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling visual strategies that support our clients' business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with expertise in creating innovative and visually appealing content. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive BD coverage for strategic pursuits.

Responsibilities will include devising innovative cover art, charts, graphs, and packaging that support the pursuit's theme and relate to the client's business issues, culture, industry, and market position. The successful candidate will also participate actively in kick-off meetings, debriefs, and oral preparation sessions related to pursuits.

Apart from these responsibilities, the chosen candidate will present design options and approaches that are cohesive, integrated, and support the overall pursuit theme. They will partner with pursuit teams to provide comprehensive BD coverage for strategic pursuits and drive design creativity and coach teams to foster pursuit design innovation.

In addition, they will contribute to pursuit strategy sessions as applicable, lead the conceptualization of all client-facing materials with strategic messaging expertise, assist in developing account and opportunity value propositions, maintain relationships with key groups such as Knowledge, Sectors, Service Lines, and BMC, engage in internal and external networks, utilize Win/loss review insights to improve pursuit outcomes, including client experience processes, enhance pursuit processes focusing on design factors through client feedback, ensure the consistent application of approved design strategies and methods, coaching partners and teams accordingly, supervise and lead teams, conduct training sessions, and update pipeline reports.

  • Strong graphic design experience with exposure to brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of products and services is beneficial and will be essential upon assuming the role.
  • Ability to work agilely in a high-paced environment and produce quality work under pressure.
  • Logical and analytical skills to evaluate solutions and approaches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies and design innovations, including digital content and interactive presentations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's or technical degree or equivalent work experience, 2-3+ years in Graphic Design, Communications, or Pursuits Strategy, familiarity with large global organizations and pursuit activation or new business pitches, proven ability to influence and build collaborative stakeholder relationships, executive presence, credibility, confidence, and ease when dealing with clients and stakeholders.
