Job Title: School Coordinator

The School Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing academic matters at the school.

S/He must ensure that activities and events are managed according to the Academic Calendar, Syllabus, and Planning.

In the absence of the Principal, the School Coordinator may substitute and be well-versed with the functioning of the campus.

Responsibilities:
  1. Academic Excellence: Foster an environment that promotes academic excellence and Madani Terbiyat among students.
  2. Learning Resources: Ensure that students have adequate learning materials and Montessori resources.
  3. Classroom Management: Support teachers in managing classrooms effectively.
  4. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Principal to organize Dua-e-Madinah and other events in a lively and befitting manner.
  5. Timetable Management: Assist the Principal in preparing and adjusting the timetable.
  6. Syllabus Planning: Study the syllabus and plan of all subjects.
  7. Subject-wise Planning: Facilitate teachers in planning and implementation of subject-wise planning.
  8. Syllabus Coverage: Guide and assist teachers regarding syllabus coverage and prepare weekly syllabus coverage proforma.
  9. Daily Diary Check: Check teachers' Daily Diary to ensure implementation of planning.
  10. Feedback: Review the book, material, or any content sent by Majlis with teachers and provide timely feedback.
  11. Work Re-checking: Re-check the teachers' checked work daily and at least 8-10 diaries daily to ensure the quantity and quality of checking.
  12. Teaching Observation: Observe any teacher's classroom teaching for a whole unit daily.
  13. Teaching Methodology: Guide and suggest ways to teachers for improving teaching styles and methodology.
  14. Paper Submission: Facilitate teachers and Principal in papermaking and timely submission of papers.
  15. School Rounds: Take rounds of the school to ensure the organized working of teachers and students.
  16. Student Teaching: Teach students, especially in teachers' absence.
  17. Result Preparation: Ensure timely preparation of results with teachers and assist the Principal in Result Finalization.
  18. Teacher Training: Help and train teachers in consultation with the Principal and Majlis.
  19. PTM Organization: Assist staff and Principal in organizing PTM in a befitting manner.
  20. Parent Meeting: Meet parents as per given timings to facilitate and solve their academic issues.
  21. Talent Acquisition: Headhunt new and suitable teachers in coordination with the Principal and Majlis.
  22. Motivation: Encourage and motivate staff and students to bring better results.

This role requires a dedicated individual who can handle multiple tasks and responsibilities while ensuring the smooth functioning of the school.
