Sem Specialist

  • Oversee the execution of successful pay per click (PPC) campaigns on major search engines to drive incremental revenue.
  • Deliver in-depth analysis reports to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop high-quality copy for paid search campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Manage ongoing campaign activities, including reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations to enhance ROI.
  • Stay abreast of the search landscape and collaborate with the SEO/SEM Team Lead to develop innovative strategies.
  • Foster relationships with 3rd party vendors to resolve complications and explore new SEM opportunities.
  • Design affiliate marketing plans and build a robust affiliate network.
  • Plan and execute Social Media Marketing initiatives with support from business development resources.
Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience requiring similar skills.
  • Strong proficiency in SEM/SEO principles.
  • Understanding of search engine marketing strategies, the search engine landscape, and the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.
  • Ability to execute and manage SEM programs across multiple search engines from implementation to ongoing optimization.
  • Effective communication of program performance, optimization recommendations, and upsell opportunities to the business development and sales department.
  • Analyze and test keywords, copy, and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume.
  • Develop SEM program strategies and proposals for special events.
