Sales Leadership Role

As a Sales Leadership Officer, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leading a team of distributors and organizational members in implementing company strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a permanent journey plan that aligns with company objectives.
  • Screening and hiring Order Bookers/DSRs who meet required standards.
  • Evaluating and ensuring the successful implementation of the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Achieving monthly volume targets.
  • Ensuring optimal productivity of daily planned shop visits.

You will also be responsible for guaranteeing the availability of PCI snacks across the market, identifying and maintaining prime rack locations, maintaining First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management, minimizing stale stock in the market, determining stock requirements at the warehouse, delivering volume and revenue targets for the assigned territory, enhancing the capabilities of distributors and their workforce, rolling out Sales OOR modules across the distributor workforce, optimizing promotional budget utilization by distributors and DSRs, leveraging subsidies provided to distributors, conducting in-market coaching and training sessions with regular follow-up support, establishing new business relationships, providing weekly reports to the ASM on all key performance indicators, managing all Point-of-Interaction assets, including racks, ensuring the proper implementation of sales software at the distributor level.
