Job Title: Operations Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Management professional specializing in the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Generators.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience with a solid academic and professional background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operation & maintenance of Genset sites across Pakistan ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement KPIs/SLAs for various clients, prioritizing client satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Design and enforce O&M processes, procedures, templates, tools, and regulations.
  • Lead incident management and client relations, making strategic decisions on day-to-day issues escalated by clients.
  • Develop and manage long-term service delivery plans, aligning with business objectives.
  • Control overall budgets and monitor performance against established targets.
  • Establish strategies for achieving KQI/KPI/SLA targets.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients to address routine issues, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
  • Support new projects with a management perspective, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Partner with Customer Management to develop programs for network improvement and expansion.
  • Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure project quality.
  • Regularly assess and improve network operation and performance management concerning SLA & KPI.
Requirements:

At least 10 years of experience in operations management with expertise in O&M of Generators.

Possess a solid academic and professional background.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.

Ability to work in a team environment and foster collaboration.
