As a Performance Enhancement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Assurance Services

We are seeking someone who can conduct and manage assurance services, including risk management and control management over operations' efficiency, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  • Analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc., to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect results and document processes to stakeholders.
  • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective measures and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee to ensure transparency and accountability.

We are looking for a professional with:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven working experience in Assurance Services or a related field.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and compile detailed reports.
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
