Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled software engineer to lead the development of multiple applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, integrate, and debug complex applications in multiple software languages.
  • Evaluate and implement industry standards and best practices for source code control and code reviews.
  • Conduct performance optimization, improvement, balancing, usability testing, and automation testing.
  • Mentor junior developers, assist with technical challenges, and lead efforts to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers to provide progress updates, identify risks, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Diploma in Computer Science.
  • At least 2-4 years of programming experience with expertise in object-oriented programming.
  • Strong proficiency in developing multi-tiered applications.
  • Expertise in Asp.net MVC, Web API, WCF, Angular/Kendo/Knockout, ORM (nHibernate/Entity Framework), Jquery, and SQL.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and technologies.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
