Job Title:

Senior .NET Software Engineer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, including MVC and Core, and will be proficient in at least one .NET language.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upgrade existing .NET websites and applications to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Analyze system requirements and delegate development tasks to team members.
  • Write high-quality, scalable code for .NET software applications.
  • Review and debug .NET applications to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Draft software and application operating procedures to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements & Skills:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with .NET development (MVC / Core).
  • Proficient in at least one .NET language (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET).
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework and ADO.NET for database interaction.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, and Axios for client-side development.
  • Basic understanding of front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
  • Understanding of REST API development.
  • Experience with T-SQL Programming and database design in MS SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git or TFS.
  • Exposure to issue-tracking tools such as JIRA.
  • Awareness of ASP.NET Web Forms development.
  • An understanding of Twilio programmable communication APIs is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working from our office location.

Working Hours:

The typical working hours for this role are 10am-7pm.
