About the Role

This is a high-impact opportunity to develop and implement product strategies that drive retail growth and win new business. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, analyze customer needs, and develop effective solutions.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the development and implementation of product strategies that meet business objectives. You will work within the framework of established marketing practice guidelines and policies to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, analyze customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
  3. Support the development and implementation of sales promotion campaigns and materials.
  4. Manage agency relationships to ensure timely delivery of tactics aligned with strategy.
  5. Collaborate with sales force and medical department to develop patient programs in line with strategic direction.
  6. Monitor and control program performance; work with the team to adjust plans accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales or combined sales and marketing experience, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector. They will possess excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
