Job Title

Cyber Security Specialist Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments, develop threat models, address findings and ensure adherence to strict security guidelines.
  • Promote robust security awareness throughout the organization and drive enterprise-wide environment hardening initiatives.
  • Provide authoritative security recommendations on existing and new applications, systems, and network architectures.
  • Develop proactive alternative security measures to maintain business continuity while protecting critical assets.
  • Advise on best practices for cloud platforms and their integration.
  • Track data security findings to closure by partnering with relevant teams, communicating effective solutions, and verifying remediation.
  • Perform in-depth risk analysis for corporate functional and technical areas as well as third-party providers relevant to data security.
  • Lead and mentor staff members, providing technical guidance and leadership.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT, Cyber Security or a related area.
  • At least 3 years of experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C, C++, Java.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software and/or application testing (e.g., creating test cases and prototype environments, QA, software or application testing).
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in projects/programs.
  • Good knowledge of AI capabilities and their security implications, including associated threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
