Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.">
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between the team, stakeholders, and product owners.">
• Implement agile and scrum processes efficiently, balancing flexibility with structure.">
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including but not limited to user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint plans, and release notes.">
• Generate and present reports to stakeholders on project status, progress, and key metrics.">
• Dive deep into project details and collaborate closely with the development team to understand technical challenges, identify solutions, and collaborate to make informed decisions.">
• Engage in end-to-end testing activities to identify issues prior to the completion of sprints.">

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.">
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.">
• Proven experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.">
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Lean thinking.">
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams through conflict resolution and decision-making processes.">
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum metrics, and experience in using them to track team performance and progress.">
