Strategic Insights Analyst

As a Strategic Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven strategies.

About the Job:
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing market trends and business performance to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with senior management to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze market trends and business performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Presentation and reporting of findings to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Strategy Development and Implementation:
  • Work collaboratively with senior management to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth.
  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and adjustments to senior leadership.
Performance Metrics and Dashboards:
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Present regular reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders on squad performance, business impact analysis, and solution success metrics.
  • Support the development of tools and processes to streamline the execution of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in strategy, business analysis, or project management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent organizational and auditing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience working in agile or squad-based organizational structures.
  • Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and techniques.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
