Brand Manager Job Description

As a Brand Manager, you will oversee the strategic development and implementation of our brand strategy. This role is responsible for driving growth, building brand awareness, and increasing customer loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage stock movement into warehouses and to market, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
  • Authorize, verify, and continuously evaluate customer credit through audit departments and brand accountants.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction, providing excellent communication and issue resolution skills.
  • Coordinate and control order cycles using associated information systems, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Manage and develop teams, including brand accountants, store in charges, recovery officers, and salesmen, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Monitor market growth and check market credit, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues or complaints with customers, executives, marketing personnel, etc., demonstrating strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strengthen client's brand identity and availability in the market, leveraging creative strategies and innovative solutions.
  • Develop marketing and advertising strategies, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct meetings with clients, stakeholders, and team members, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
  • Develop strategic plans for targeted secondary volume and market share, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Coordinate processes from distributor dispatch order form generation to load dispatch from warehouses, optimizing supply chain operations.
  • Deploy and manage assets, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of company assets in the market, including marketing, signage/activation materials, etc.
  • Supervise stocks transactions at all levels against planning and forecasting, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Communication and Orientation, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
  • Team-oriented and active participant in accomplishing team goals, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision, taking initiative and ownership of tasks and projects.
