E-commerce Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Shopify storefront as an e-commerce assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the day-to-day success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product descriptions are clear and concise across all Shopify listings.
  • Regularly review the website to identify and resolve any errors or outdated information.
  • Manage product inventory levels to prevent stock issues.
  • Respond to customer reviews on Shopify to maintain brand trust.
  • Update website content, including banners, landing pages, and product images, as required.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage inventory, place orders, and track fulfillment.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce tools.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
