Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-driven and responsible individual to fill the role of an axe throwing coach. This position involves training guests on proper throwing techniques, ensuring safety protocols are met, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guest Training: Train guests on proper throwing technique to ensure a safe and memorable experience.
  • Safety Management: Ensure all procedures, safety protocols, and equipment needs are met at all times to create a safe environment for all guests and staff.
  • Game Facilitation: Ensure game sessions flow smoothly, including setting up venue and equipment, offering feedback, and encouraging guests.
  • Customer Service: Manage every aspect of the customer experience from arrival to departure.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Support the team in various tasks, including handling guest waivers, answering questions, serving food and beverages, and making guests feel welcome.
  • Ambassadorship: Represent the organization and promote the sport of axe throwing in a fun and professional manner.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and concisely in front of large groups.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Must be able to commute to the job site within driving distance from Islamabad.
  • Must be able to lift at least 10kg.
  • Must have a full range of motion of arms and hands to reach, grasp, and place.
