Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

The role of Business Development Finance Professional is to support the financial planning and decision-making processes within the organization.
This position plays a crucial part in collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong background in finance, including experience in creating comprehensive budgets, tracking financial performance, and preparing accurate financial reports.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Collaborating with various departments to create comprehensive budgets that align with organizational goals.
- Tracking financial performance against established KPIs and benchmarks.
- Conducting variance analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Preparing accurate and timely financial reports using Management Information Systems (MIS) to deliver insightful reports that facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
- Supporting the Finance team in its digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and implementing new tools, processes, and systems.
For this role, we are seeking a CA Finalist with at least 02 years of working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), preferably in an ERP environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office and have a good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). They must also possess good analytical and management skills.
