Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Strategist to analyze, design, and implement technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to assess business requirements, and develop effective IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements, business objectives, and pain points.
  • Technology Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive IT roadmaps that align with business goals and objectives.
  • System Implementation: Recommend, install, and configure IT systems, applications, and software solutions that meet client needs.
  • Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with security best practices and protect data from cyber threats through proactive measures.
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, diagnose IT issues, and offer effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Assist with cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, and network optimization to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Process Automation & Optimization: Improve workflows using automation tools and technology to increase productivity and reduce manual errors.
  • Training & Documentation: Educate clients and teams on IT best practices and create user-friendly documentation to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage relationships with IT vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Consultant, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software, databases, and network security.
  • Proficiency in IT frameworks like ITIL, Agile, or DevOps.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or Business Intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) for automation or data analysis.
  • Understanding of IT compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
