Job Role:

We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Support: Provide comprehensive operational support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting organization.
  2. Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in executive support or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
