Affiliate Marketing Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Pursue strategic partnerships to expand the affiliate network.
  • Collaborate with the Affiliate/Marketing team to develop innovative solutions for affiliates.
  • Analyze campaign performance to ensure affiliates deliver optimal ROI.
  • Oversee all affiliate campaigns.
  • Conceptualize new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
  • Develop an affiliate marketing strategy aimed at recruiting new affiliate partners and driving sales volume.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current affiliates through regular updates on new products and program enhancements.
  • Create and monitor affiliate promotions.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on affiliate marketing promotions and activity.
  • Track affiliate sales and settle payments in a timely manner.
  • Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and report on competitors' affiliate campaigns and promotions.
Job Requirements
  • 5-7 years of e-commerce experience.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing (SEO and Social).
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing.
  • Proven track record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns.
  • Knowledge in ad-serving technologies.
  • Experience in campaign management.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and work well independently and in a team setting.
