The Role:

As a Spanish Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the face of our organization, engaging with inbound leads through Marketing or our Sales Helpline.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing and responding to inbound leads, showcasing a deep understanding of our offerings.
  • Engaging with potential customers in a consultative manner, identifying pain points and articulating the value propositions of our products.
  • Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions and qualification criteria in Salesforce.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscapes to enhance your product knowledge and sales acumen.
  • Collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.
  • Achieving daily SLAs and monthly inbound quota.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native fluency in Spanish.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in tele sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with international audiences.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and a desire to develop a career in sales, focusing on lead qualification and customer engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of leads.
