We are seeking a talented Visual Design Specialist to develop visually appealing graphics that align with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze design briefs to understand requirements and determine project scope.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Craft innovative visual concepts based on project needs.
  • Present initial design ideas and iterate based on feedback.
  • Create high-quality illustrations, logos, and designs using industry-standard software or traditional techniques.
  • Select suitable color palettes and layouts for each graphic to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to refine designs and ensure final products meet expectations.
  • Test graphics across various media channels to guarantee optimal display and user experience.
  • Ensure all final graphics and layouts are aesthetically pleasing and consistent with our brand identity.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Design or Fine Arts, or equivalent work experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
  • A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of aesthetics.
  • Ability to work methodically, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
