Data Analyst - Unlocking Meaningful Insights

CERP Analytics works with public and private sector organisations to generate and use evidence for key strategic and operational decisions. We strive to drive organisational success by providing actionable insights that inform decision-making. Our team of experts uses econometrics and research methods to identify trends, patterns and correlations that underpin informed decision-making.

The role involves participating/leading the design and execution of quantitative research. This includes developing theory of change and log frames, selecting the right evaluation method for projects with an M&E component, designing data collection instruments/questionnaires, configuring field teams to ensure high-quality data collection, and monitoring daily/periodic data collection.

As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to synthesise quantitative findings to generate actionable insights and recommendations. You will also work with junior team members and lead the effort to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders. The ability to present analysis to external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner is highly desirable.
