We are seeking an Engineering Manager, passionate about building new product features for Fleet Safety and AI Dashcam software.

About the Role
  • This is a senior leadership position that requires a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.

The successful candidate will have experience managing high-performing teams and developing long-term technical visions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute realistic implementation plans.
  • Manage product and business outcomes of engineering teams.
  • Lead technical design discussions with multiple teams.
  • Drive execution, launch and daily operations of functionalities for internal/external customers at high quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years experience in Software Engineering or related domains.
  • Experience working in high-throughput and low-latency systems.
  • 3+ years managing 10+ engineers.
  • 5+ years building high-scale distributed systems for product company.
  • Technical depth and breadth in agile product development, distributed systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, build tools, front-end engineering, mobile and QA.
  • Able to perform architectural work, including technical designs and definition of requirements.
  • Proven track record as nimble thinker and doer, thriving in environment demanding excellence.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, motivating and promoting skilled Engineers.
  • Strong understanding of healthy and productive Engineering culture.
  • Track record as strong individual contributor earlier in career, continued interest in rolling up sleeves and pitching in with coding when needed.
