
Industrial Paint Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to handle our industrial coating business, manufacturing goods like car paints, wood varnish, oil and grease additives, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Growth: Identify new markets and opportunities to increase sales. Develop close relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and achieve outstanding results.
- Debt Recovery: Recover outstanding payments from the market under the guidance of the Director.
- Office Etiquette: Maintain a professional work environment and avoid activities that may harm the company's interests.
- Market Research: Conduct market surveys, visit customers, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices within the scheduled time frame.
- Liaison: Collaborate with other department heads for smooth business operations.
- Additional Assignments: Perform any other tasks assigned by the Director.
Candidates with experience in paint-related raw materials and paint sales are required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and possess a deep understanding of the paint industry.
Working Conditions:This role requires working with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential, along with a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
