Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Agent to join our dynamic sales team. As a core contributor, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic outbound calls and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients via phone, leveraging persuasive communication skills to present our services effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine our strategy and ensure seamless execution of lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze performance data to inform future sales strategies and achieve or exceed established targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field, preferably within the digital marketing sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
