Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, cloud platforms, automation tools, and IT infrastructures.

This role involves implementing various testing, development, automation tools, and IT infrastructures to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Tools and Infrastructure: Implement various testing, development, automation tools, and IT infrastructures to enhance the organization's capabilities.
  • CICD Tool Selection and Deployment: Select and deploy the appropriate CICD tools and perform any configuration management.
  • Process Definition and Establishment: Define and establish test, development, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work towards continuous improvement while building CI/CD pipelines.
  • Code Review and Validation: Review, verify, and validate software codes developed in the project.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement monitoring stacks and maintain the organization's cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Conduct system troubleshooting activities and fix code bugs.
  • Development Process Monitoring: Monitor development processes during the lifecycle to ensure adherence and create or update new processes.
  • Automated Processes Promotion: Promote automated processes wherever feasible.
  • Security Protocols Enhancement: Enhance the IT infrastructure's security protocols by identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures.
  • Incidence Management: Perform incidence management and root cause analysis.
  • Team and Client Coordination: Maintain consistent coordination and communication within the team and with clients.
  • Customer Requirements Understanding: Understand customer requirements, monitor customer experience, and measure KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders and associated external interfaces.
  • Reporting: Provide periodic reporting on project progress to management, stakeholders, and customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of cloud platforms, object design, and programming languages such as Go, Java, C++, Perl, Ruby, and C. They will also have experience with web application development using HTML, CSS, and Angular, data transport using XML and JSON, and network stack IP, TCP, HTTP, REST.
