  • Analyze cloud usage patterns, performance metrics, and resource utilization data to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings.","
  • Implement performance tuning, capacity planning, and workload optimization strategies to maximize efficiency and scalability.","
  • Ensure robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively monitor performance and availability. Configure alerts, thresholds, and escalation procedures to quickly respond to issues and minimize service disruptions.","
  • Lead incident response efforts to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud-related incidents and outages. Troubleshoot user issues to minimize downtime.","
  • Manage SDN for network automated services management and troubleshooting.","
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure performance, availability, and cost effectiveness of cloud services.","
  • Participate in incident response efforts to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud-related incidents and outages.","
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to cloud security.","
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention in cloud operations.","
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure Service Level Agreement compliance.","
  • Provide timely updates to customers on their new requests and incidents.","

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of software-defined network and software-defined storage.","
  • Proven solution designing and problem-solving skills. Able to work under challenging environments and sustain pressure.","
  • Deep understanding of ITIL-based IT Service Management concepts.","
