Sales Manager - Medical Equipment Business

The position drives and grows the Emergency & Ventilation Equipment Business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish sales channels and business development initiatives to expand the medical device market.
  • Manage product lifecycle including demonstration, technical support, and training to users.
  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies, such as marketing and collaborations with key opinion leaders (KOLs), to increase sales revenue.
  • Work closely with medical devices distributors, dealers, projects, and tenders to achieve sales targets and build strong industry relationships.
  • Provide product demonstrations to customers and address their queries in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in medical device sales, particularly in Ventilators, Defibrillators, and CPR Devices.
  3. Strong subject matter knowledge of relevant devices and industry trends.
  4. A well-established business network in the medical industry, encompassing both users and distribution networks.
  5. Understanding of government and private sector businesses, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results confidently while maintaining excellent communication skills.
  7. Comprehensive knowledge of the Pakistan medical industry, including its trends and developments, to drive strategic decision-making.
