Online Presence Strategist

The role of an Online Presence Strategist involves planning, creating, and publishing content to tell a company's story and showcase its work. This position requires strong copywriting and content planning skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to collaborate closely with design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with the company's brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visuals, case studies, and thought-leadership content.
  • Draft and publish posts for the company profiles, amplifying both the brand and its leaders.
  • Repurpose existing content (case studies, blogs, campaigns) into multiple formats for maximum impact.
  • Track and manage the full lifecycle of content pieces from idea to draft to publishing.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and engage with the audience to maintain a professional, approachable, and responsive brand presence.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and storytelling techniques to keep the company's content innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Attention to detail — precision matters in how we represent ourselves.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with design teams and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Comfortable with basic design tools (e.g., Canva or Figma) for quick mockups.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
