Digital Product Lead

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Lead to spearhead the development of our AI-powered digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering and product development.

About the Role:
  • The Digital Product Lead will be responsible for partnering with the founder to shape everything from data pipelines, scalable backend architecture, and MLOps to fine-tuning LLMs and integrating APIs.
  • The role requires experience in designing, training, fine-tuning, and serving models for classification, content analysis, and predictive scoring.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will apply NLP, computer vision, and large-language-model techniques (including multimodal) to real business use-cases.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The Digital Product Lead will build video-analytics components (frame-level feature extraction, engagement scoring) and custom ranking logic.
  • The role involves integrating and orchestrating external data sources & third-party APIs (e.g., social-media ad libraries, marketplaces) into model workflows.
  • Another key responsibility is building robust data-ingestion and preprocessing pipelines for both structured and unstructured data.
  • The Digital Product Lead will also architect and deploy scalable, cloud-native services (Python, FastAPI or Django; PostgreSQL/pgvector; Redis; Docker/K8s).
Requirements:
  • The Digital Product Lead will work hand-in-hand with the frontend team to surface model outputs in a performant, delightful UX.
  • The successful candidate will implement MLOps best practices: automated training pipelines, CI/CD, model registries, observability, and rollback strategies.
  • The Digital Product Lead will keep our tech edge sharp—evaluate emerging LLMs, generative-AI, and multimodal research; run cost-vs-performance experiments on open-source vs proprietary models.
