We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic advice to senior management, and overseeing the preparation of monthly financial reports.

  • The Finance and Accounting Manager will lead a team of accountants and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial information.
  • The role will involve close collaboration with the US finance team to implement financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment is essential.

  • Responsibilities will include:
  • Operational support and management of transactional activities;
  • General Ledger Accounting, Management & Financial Reporting, AP/AR Processes, Cash Flow Management, and Reconciliation Function;
  • Daily and month-end operational accounting processes;
  • Assisting the Assistant Manager in monitoring and managing outsourcing clients/vendor and reviewing monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure achievement of key SLA metrics.
